Tell it your printer bed and how thick you want the pieces, and it lays out a full set of interlocking puzzle pieces — spaced apart, ready to slice — with a built-in fit clearance so they click together straight off the plate. Exports STL, OBJ and SVG.

Export

STL & OBJ are the 3D solids (each piece its own object); SVG is the flat top-view. The fit clearance is baked in — start at 0.25 mm and nudge up if pieces are tight, down if loose.
